De Unie represents the collective interests by participating in the regular consultation, on average four times a year. In addition, it concludes De Unie a social plan to mitigate the consequences of reorganizations.
What is going on at the moment?
Activities related to the production of push belts are being phased out by the end of 2028. This process started in 2024. The number of employees is decreasing from approximately 400 to around 145. The remaining employees are focusing on the development of new, innovative products for alternative fuels in the automotive industry, in collaboration with startups.
