De Unie in the dairy sector

For the sector, we are negotiating the collective labour agreements (collective labour agreement I and collective labour agreement HP), the RVU agreement and the pension agreement. For FrieslandCampina, this also includes the social plan.

What does De Unie consider important?

The development of the collective labour agreement for HP (Higher Personnel), as this is where our constituents are.

What's happening at the moment?

The employers' final offer for the collective labour agreements has been rejected by members of all three unions. There are threats of action and strikes.
