What does De Unie?

In addition to concluding a collective labor agreement, it takes De Unie part of the board, the Sector Council. De Unie is also represented in the foundations established by the Trade Council. Such as SFM (Social Fund Metal and Technology). Also takes De Unie to work committees to implement the collective labour agreement arrangements made regarding a number of items together with the employer. Such as the Sustainable Employability and Informal Care Committee.

Collective labor agreement negotiations

The collective labor agreement negotiations for a new collective labor agreement were concluded at the beginning of this year. New agreements have been reached regarding the further implementation of the agreements made in the areas of sustainable employability and career development for employees. There is a shortage of skilled workers due to significant aging within the sector. As a result, many employers (SMEs) are uncertain about their viability.

The legal specialists of De Unie know everything about employment law and are happy to use that knowledge to ensure that you get what you are entitled to.
