Last week has De Unie organized the Week of the Trade Union together with the other trade unions at Aegon. We have an agreement with your employer that the trade unions will have the opportunity to contact Aegon employees for one week each year. We wanted to show that trade unions contribute even more, in addition to negotiating collective labor agreements and social plans.

To present our services, four Lunch & Learn sessions were provided on the following themes:
- Digital fit
- Career check
- Flex workers
- Assessment interviews
Our speakers inspired those present to further explore the opportunities in their careers.
