With this newsletter I, representative Emanuel Geurts, inform you about the social plan that we have negotiated with Vestia. More about that below, and the question to cast your vote.

Social plan
Vestia will split up into three independent housing associations as of 1 January 2023. To ensure that this process takes place carefully, Vestia, FNV Woondiensten, CNV Craftsmen and De Unie agreed on a social plan. This includes, among other things, how the placement takes place, how you can object if necessary and which financial components apply. You will find all information about this and other arrangements in the social plan here.
In a good atmosphere, we went through several rounds of negotiations with management, HR and the works council (OR) along the various situations that Vestia and the employees could encounter. What also helped is the conversation that the three union leaders had with the employees present during a digital employee meeting on November 24, 2021.
