Propose
We use a proposal letter to start the negotiations. It contains the points that you consider important in order to reach new agreements. UWV will also come up with a letter of proposals.
De Unie is thinking of a pay increase and an early retirement scheme, the so-called RVU scheme. And a partially paid sabbatical leave.

Social plan
The social plan runs until the end of March next year. We would like to propose to extend this social plan unchanged for a longer period.
Symposium
On October 27, in the morning, we will organize another Collective Labor Agreement symposium together with UWV, just like in previous years. Please reserve this date in your diary. You will receive an invitation for this shortly.
New advocate
From time to time there are changes of advocates of De Unie. So now. My colleague Inge de Vries will look after your interests. I'll just stick with De Unie work and there is only a change of work package. In the coming period some things will be transferred. Inge and I will participate in all conversations together at the start so that a careful transfer takes place. I would like to thank you all very much for the good cooperation in the past 10 years.
