December 22 2021

Members' opinion

In advance, I, advocate Inge de Vries, asked you for input for the collective labor agreement negotiations. Most members indicated that they consider the salary increase and the RVU (Regulation for Voluntary Early Retirement) to be the most important for this collective labor agreement. You also indicated that you wanted a reasonable work-from-home allowance.

  • The collective salary increase amounts to 2,7%. Because the employee pension premium is increased by 0,9%, your net salary increases less. UWV also pays a higher employer's premium, your employer will pay 1,8% more for your pension.
  • The collective salary increase is important because inflation is high, at 2,7% minus 0,9% your salary will not increase enough to maintain purchasing power in 2022.
  • The UWV is not prepared to include the RVU scheme in the collective labor agreement. However, the UWV is prepared to start saving for leave.
  • Agreements have been made about the homework allowance and the layout of the home workplace. You have already received payment for this.
