UWV: No collective labor agreement yet

May 21, 2021

In the past period, the trade unions held two dialogue sessions about the new collective labor agreement with Executive Board chairman Maarten Camps and HRM director Madeline Dessing. There were many participants and there were a lot of reactions in the chat.

Obviously, you want:

  • a home working allowance that corresponds at least to the Nibud calculation;
  • a wage increase that at least covers inflation;
  • no one-off payments but structural salary increases;
  • more permanent jobs;
  • collective agreements about earlier retirement / generation pact.

We hope that Madeline Dessing and Maarten Camps will take your sound to heart.

The next collective bargaining will take place on Monday 31 May. We hope that we can then reach an agreement. If the board of directors has listened, it will know what UWV has to offer on 31 May.
