Cast your vote

The negotiations have taken a long time. We agreed more quickly about the study. But we thought the wage offer of 1.3% was really too low. UWV held on to the 1.3% for a very long time. We have discussed this with members. We also held dialogue sessions with the members, the chairman of the executive board and the head of HRM. In the end, UWV listened carefully and came up with a better offer of 1.7% structurally. This is a major step and also a final step by UWV. In short, the most feasible has now been achieved. We didn't get all the points. But there is a market-based home working allowance and also the maximum pension accrual for 2021. That is why we are submitting this agreement to the members for a vote. Members can vote until June 25, 2021, 12.00:XNUMX noon.
