Rabobank: Home working scheme survey

You have mainly worked from home for the past two years. On February 25, 2022, the Covid-19 measures were lifted and the government advice to work from home was replaced. But that doesn't stop working from home for Rabobank. Rabobank is introducing hybrid working (Rabo@anywhere† So it remains important for the future that you have a well-furnished home workplace.

In the collective labor agreement, agreements have been made about working from home allowance, and about the travel allowance for the days that you work at the office. But to work well at home you need a workplace equipped with occupational health and safety (desk, chair, lighting, screens, etc.) and a quiet place where you can work concentrated.

De Unie would like to know what the facilities are for Rabobank employees. We can now include it in the collective labor agreement negotiations. Therefore fill here enter the survey, this is possible until March 9, 2022.
