Negotiation result new SAR collective labor agreement

We recently reached a negotiated result with SAR about a new collective labor agreement. Employees of SAR have all been able to provide input for this via the DigiC process. Input that has been decisive for our efforts at the negotiating table. Read here more about the negotiation result.

Satisfied

De Unie is satisfied with the result achieved. The reactions of employees clearly showed that the current collective labor agreement should once again form the basis and that the connection with the VGL collective labor agreement is important with regard to wage increases. This has been reaffirmed with this agreement in principle. In addition, the new collective labor agreement includes a number of simplifications and improvements. For example, the allowance for working on public holidays will be increased and employees will receive compensation for a sports subscription.

Information

In order to properly inform SAR employees about the content of the collective labor agreement result achieved, the opportunity is offered to participate in a webinar. In this webinar, an explanation will be given on the result and employees can ask questions.

Referendum

An important part of the Digi-C process is that all SAR employees are not only allowed to provide input, but are also allowed to vote on the new collective labor agreement. Only if there is sufficient support for the new collective labor agreement will De Unie sign the new collective labor agreement.

Employees of SAR receive for this on July 4 a message from the independent research agency InnerVoice. They were also responsible for the DigiC survey at the beginning of this year.

You can vote until July 10.

If a majority of the votes cast votes in favor of the collective agreement result, De Unie the collective agreement sign the new collective agreement. For a result that is as representative as possible, we count on as many SAR employees as possible to actually vote!
