Petition terms of employment
As a representative of the interests of Inge de Vries, many members ask me how the petition is progressing. The joint trade unions have collected more than 2.200 signatures to date.

We have asked NN to make an appointment with Messrs Bosklopper and Van Riet of the board of directors of NN Group Netherlands. We want to offer them the petition and signatures and explain what the employees of NN find important.
NN has agreed to a call and is looking for a date. Until then, we will keep the petition page open. We would like to go over 2.500. Have you not yet signed the petition or do you have colleagues who have not yet spoken out? Then put here your signature.
The messages that employees have now posted on SAM in response to the interview with Tjeerd Bosklopper and Leon van Riet published there are also clear. The collective salary increase is an important wish of the employees. And for a large pension provider such as NN it is impossible that they cannot offer their own employees a maximum pension accrual for tax purposes. These messages on SAM put more pressure on the company to look for a new opening for the negotiations.
PFI . pension
Pensions are an important negotiating point in the near future. Many members have built up part of their pension with PFI (Pensioenfonds ING).
Elections for the new Accountability Body (VO) of PFI will take place in the spring of 2022. The VO judges the policy and actions of the General Board of the Fund and supervises the implementation. The VO also has the right to advise on, for example, the communication policy and the form and structure of internal supervision. The new VO will consist of:
- Two members representing the employers (ING Bank and NN Group);
- Three or four seats for the (active) participants (minimum one seat ING Bank and at least one seat NN Group);
- Four or five members on behalf of the pensioners (minimum one seat (ex) ING Bank and at least one seat (ex-)NN Group.
The elections concern the seats for pensioners and active people. The exact distribution of the seats depends on the number of pensioners and active participants on December 31, 2021.
