On Thursday, December 16, 2021 we presented the petition to Tjeerd Bosklopper and Leon van Riet. In the end, 2373 colleagues signed the petition. That's a nice result. We know that there are also colleagues who could not put their name to the petition but did support it.

We wanted a good conversation with Messrs Bosklopper and Van Riet, so we offered a cake in addition to the petition. A bite of inflation had been taken out of the cake, a good way to clarify the need for a collective salary increase.
In the conversation, Messrs Bosklopper and Van Riet clarified their views on the situation regarding the collective labor agreement, pension and SP. They also discussed NN's position and NN's relevant labor market. They have also indicated that they would like to see negotiations resumed. They have also provided some space for that.
The first step is now to assess with the bargaining delegations of the trade unions whether there is sufficient ground to resume collective labor negotiations.
NNIP
NN Group has made the decision to sell NN IP to Goldman Sachs. It concerns an intended decision, the works council has been asked to give advice. In recent months, De Unie discussed the terms of employment for NN IP employees after the transition. An agreement in principle was reached on 16 December 2021, which we are now submitting to the members.
