Last December, the trade unions presented the petition. In the conversation with this offer, NN offered some space. We then held various informal discussions with NN. The purpose of these exploratory discussions was to investigate whether there were sufficient leads to resume collective labor agreement consultations. We have often spoken to each other because the parties are very far apart on important points of view. In these consultations, it was explored whether a three-year collective labor agreement (1 January 2021 to 31 December 2023) is an option.

We have come to the conclusion, in close consultation with the executives who also participate in the collective labor agreement, that it is sensible to resume the negotiations.
Resumption of collective labor agreement consultation
On 9 February 2022, trade unions and NN will meet again for the first time. The starting point for the negotiations is a three-year collective labor agreement. In these consultations, we discuss salary increases, other employment conditions, the social plan and a future-proof pension scheme.
Member meetings
After this first consultation, the trade unions jointly organize members' meetings. In these meetings we want to update the members on content and give you the opportunity to ask questions. Your input is an important guideline for us for the continuation of the collective labor agreement consultation.

Follow-up consultation
In the second half of February and in March we have reserved various dates for the continuation of the collective labor agreement negotiations. The pension working group also continues to work hard during these months.
