NN Group: current affairs

There have been various developments at NN recently, which have not yet received any attention due to news about the collective labor agreement.
Pension is a very important employment condition for employees. That's why . has De Unie decided to continue the work of the Pensions working group, despite the suspension of the collective labor agreement consultations. You will receive a report of the work of the working group on Wednesday 6 October.
Preparations are underway for the sale of NNIP to Goldman Sachs Asset Management. There is no final decision yet, but a lot has to be arranged. We are negotiating with the intended buyer about the employment conditions for the employees after the transition.
NNIP is now working out a proposal. We will start negotiations on October 12, 2021. In the meantime, the trade unions and works council have conducted a survey among the employees.
Periodic consultation September 2021
The main topic of the periodic consultation is the discussion about resuming work in the office. NN now assumes a maximum occupancy of 20% and wants to work towards a maximum occupancy of 40%. Access rules have been drawn up under the motto of working safely in the office. Because this is a sensitive issue, the Legal Department of De Unie about the guidelines of NN. We believe it is important that your fundamental rights and the right to privacy are not violated. We also think it is important that employees feel safe coming to the office.
De Unie has decided to suspend the collective bargaining agreement. This decision was taken because, after a year of talks, there is still no movement in NN's decision not to agree on a collective salary increase. We now organize well-attended members' meetings to gauge the mood of the members. Even if you are not a member, you are welcome to attend these meetings.
