New collective labor agreement ING bank
November 16 2020
The ING 2020-2019 CLA will expire at the end of 2020. In September we started working groups and discussions about the themes and the commitment to the new collective labor agreement. All MS Teams. We also only work digitally for the time being.
What are we going to talk about?
In this CLA trajectory we are talking about matters from the CLA working groups such as welfare, craftsmanship and personal development, flex, where and when you want to work, but also about time to be able to use all those instruments and schemes from your beautiful CLA.
When we talk about wellbeing at ING, your resilience and mutual cohesion at ING is the subject of our discussion. We will further develop the Individual Development Plan and My Learning on the subject of craftsmanship. The flex file discusses opening up ING facilities to flexible employees. The theme of working independently of time and place is very topical. When does the mandatory health and safety work set come from ING, what is the compensation for working from home and traveling and what self-direction does the employee receive? Questions that we will be answering in the coming months.
The biggest point of difference in the negotiations is the vision and effect on remuneration. Why does ING want 'nothing'? What can be linked to the corona crisis and what is one's own choice? Where is the appreciation for ING employees who have worked hard for their customers? How does ING weigh the interests of all parties? Questions and answers that will lead to heated discussions.
The principles of De Unie on the various topics are contained in our commitment letter for the negotiations. You will receive feedback from us about the progress of the negotiations.
This Tuesday afternoon, November 17, we will talk about Time- and place-independent working, Remuneration & Valuation and the time factor. We also receive an explanation of the 3rd quarter results of Ivo van den Boom.
