This means the following:
Duration
The CLA Banks has a term of one year, from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
Pay raise
Parties to the collective labor agreement have agreed on a structural wage increase. The job salaries and salary scales as stated in article 6.8 of the CLA Banks will be increased by 1,4% as of 1 July 2021. The dispensation option from Article 1.8 also continues to apply in the new CLA.
Studies
The parties to the collective labor agreement have made two study agreements during the term of the collective labor agreement, namely a study agreement about working differently and a study agreement about the national pension agreement.
Continuation
