We use a proposal letter to start the negotiations. It contains the points that you consider important in order to reach new agreements. KPN will also submit a proposal letter.
De Unie is thinking of a pay increase and an early retirement scheme, the so-called RVU scheme. A homework allowance and a partially paid sabbatical leave. We want to extend the social plan for a number of years.
