Heineken: Final bid

Monday evening, January 17, 2022, consultations were held with Heineken in response to the previously offered final offer.

Resumption of consultations

De Unie and MHP Heineken discussed this final offer with you during digital member meetings. The result was clear; the members do not agree with the final offer made and have requested that initiatives be taken to reconvene with the aim of reaching an agreement on the basis of consultation. We have informed Heineken about this.

Result of the consultation

Unfortunately, Monday evening's consultations did not lead to an agreement in principle, but an improved final offer. You will find the written texts below:

In concrete terms, this means that Heineken is prepared to align salary scales within Heineken Group with the salary scales within Heineken Netherlands and Heineken Supply with effect from 1 January 2022, but there is no salary adjustment for this. As of June 1, 2022, Heineken Group employees will receive a one-off payment of €500 gross (based on full-time employment).
On top of the collective increases of 1,5% in 2022 and 2% in 2023, there is an additional surcharge of € 20 per month gross.

The homework allowance of € 2 per day will come into effect on 1 January 2022. Unfortunately, Heineken is not prepared to start this earlier with retroactive effect.

Informative members meeting

We would like to invite members to attend a members meeting. This one is scheduled for:

  • Thursday, January 20 from 12.00 noon to 13.00 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 20 from 16.30 noon to 17.30 p.m.


It is of course important to know what you think of the improved final bid. Members have been invited to vote for this.
