Contract catering: Start negotiations on the collective labor agreement

The current collective labor agreement for contract catering runs until April 1, 2022 and has been terminated by employers. on the 18e January 2022 we started negotiations for a new sector collective labor agreement from April. CLA negotiations

With about four to six discussions in January, February and March, we want to arrive at a new collective labor agreement with agreements for two groups of employees. The current employees who are currently covered by the collective labor agreement for contract catering and new employees who will work in contract catering and adjacent sectors such as catering and party catering. This will then become the collective labor agreement for Hospitality.

In the negotiations I have De Unie indicated that in addition to an appropriate structural salary increase, personal development, self-rostering/flexibility, travel allowance, exchange of employment conditions and leave find important employment conditions for existing and to be recruited employees. The next date for collective bargaining is Thursday, February 3, 2022.

The inflight already has some deviating agreements in the sector collective labor agreement and has somewhat different dynamics from the aviation sector. We are still in talks with employers about what this means for their employment conditions. More on that later.
