RVU scheme

The RVU scheme stands for Rleveling Vearlier Uresign and is a kind of old-fashioned early retirement scheme. The scheme is for employees who have been working in the sector for 15 years, have a (predominantly) executive position in scale I to IV and were born in the years 1954, 1955, 1956 and 1957. If you meet the criteria, it is possible to stop working three years earlier. The RVU-exempt amount for 2021 is € 22.164 gross per year and € 1.847 gross per month. For a part-timer, this amount is in proportion to the size of the employment. The scheme runs from April 1, 2021 to April 1, 2023 and is voluntary. You decide for yourself whether or not you want to use it.

Stemming

De Unie thinks it is a good proposal that employees should be able to stop working earlier shortly before the state pension age and have income security. Members have now received an invitation to vote up to no later than Friday, February 12, 2021 at 12.00:XNUMX noon.
