The collective labor agreement will run until the end of this year. It is good to start the new negotiations on time. Then we have time to come to a new agreement.

We use a proposal letter to start the negotiations. It contains the points that you consider important in order to reach new agreements. CED will also come up with a proposal letter.
De Unie is thinking of a pay increase and an early retirement scheme, the so-called RVU scheme. We also want to make agreements about a homework allowance.
