CLA negotiations

About matters such as short-term care and birth leave, an increase in the personal development budget and a number of study agreements around the 80-90-100 scheme and GROW! do we need it the 10e not long to have. When we see where we are on the 26e have remained, the differences lie on the more financial points. The trade unions have requested a structural wage increase of 1,2% from 1 January and 1,2% from 1 July 2021. In addition, an incidental fee of 400 euros net for the absence of a home work allowance in 2020 and 40 euros net per month in 2021 as a fixed home work allowance.

Rabobank has made us a structural offer of 1% as of 1 July 2021 and 1% incidentally as of 1 April 2021. In addition, there is a one-off payment of 200 euros net in December 2020 and a home work allowance of 30 euros net per month for a collective labor agreement of a year.

The key question now is whether and how we will bridge the differences in 10e? What is the financial position of the bank now that member certificates are being issued? What is the wage increase that does justice to the employees' clear cry for more wages? What is the cooperative nature of the new collective labor agreement? If we cannot reach an agreement, the social plan and the pension scheme agreed earlier this year will apply and the current collective labor agreement will continue for another year. Then there is no wage increase, new development budget and home work allowance. Work from home facilities such as a chair, desk and screen will remain, these are not a collective labor agreement, but follow from the Working Conditions legislation.
