The consultation for the CAO Banks 5 started on Thursday 2022 October 2023. We used this first consultation to explain the collective labor agreement proposals and to investigate what the parties could agree on. The next meeting will be on October 26, 2022, when we will try to bring the divergent points of view closer together.

Naturally, attention is paid to all subjects during the negotiations. However, it is clear that the discussion about the structural salary increase will be the main topic of these negotiations.
Proposals to employers
The employers start with a proposal to increase salaries by 2,75%. This is significantly lower than the direction that De Unie indicates: inflation correction plus 1%. In order to be able to continue the salary negotiations, it is important to be able to provide further details of the proposed structural salary increase. This does De Unie using a wage survey.
