Your collective labor agreement and industry

Cao 2020-2021 Sweco: Agreements accepted

Turnout Sweco-wide approximately 75%

Of the employees who took the trouble to comment on the agreements submitted, 95% were in favor and 5% against. The members of De Unie those who took the trouble to cast their vote were unanimous in favor of the previous collective labor agreement.

The result was also almost unanimously accepted by the other employee organizations involved.

This can be said: "We have a collective labor agreement!"

The term

These agreements are good for a period that started on July 1, 2020 and runs until January 1, 2022. Before December 31, 2021, the agreements must be renegotiated afterwards. And not just negotiate; the decision-making (members' consultation / employee consultation) must also be completed before that date.

Approach

We will also enter those negotiations openly again: Your input therefore remains of great importance to us: What is important to you? What is sacred to us? What do we find non-negotiable? Which agreements can be improved? What do you want to emphasize?

In order not only to maintain the quality of the collective labor agreement at Sweco, but also to improve it, we must make every effort.
