Propose

We negotiate the collective labor agreement and social plan digitally via Teams. All unions and the bank have presented their proposals. You can here the proposals of De Unie read. We discussed, among other things, the social plan and the salary increase.

The bank has provided an explanation of its proposal and proposes not to agree on a structural salary increase this year. In addition, she proposes a lower departure premium in the social plan, which will also apply to the step-up scheme. The bank is thinking of 1,7 instead of the current 2,3. A longer term is negotiable. The first impression is that we are far apart. As you can read in our letters, De Unie other ideas.

Continuation

How does it go on? Executives are also present during the negotiations. And there is a side room. During suspensions, we discuss in the side room with the executives how we will start the sequel. The executives assist us during the negotiations with advice, action and information.

The next meeting is scheduled for May 18, 2021. We will then continue to discuss travel, travel allowance and the social plan.
