Impact of organizational changes at NN
Within NN, continuous changes are causing increasing uncertainty among employees. Cost savings have a direct impact on people's work. Due to the outsourcing of activities abroad, positions are disappearing, resulting in an increasing number of NN employees becoming redundant. This creates uncertainty regarding job security and income.
De Unie stands up for NN employees and is committed to clear agreements regarding job security, income, and employment conditions. We also try to limit redundancy by making agreements with NN regarding training and development opportunities for employees, so that they can also fill other positions within NN. Should your position nevertheless become uncertain, we will provide the legal support you need. This ensures that you receive what you are entitled to.

What else do we do?
Your input determines what we focus on. We actively gather what is happening in the workplace. Through polls, conversations, and signals from the field, we collect input on topics that matter to you and your NN colleagues. We take this input to the periodic meetings and negotiations with NN. In this way, your voice and the voice of your colleagues are directly reflected in the agreements that are made. Naturally, we also keep you informed of all the latest developments.
