On January 28, ASML announced a large-scale restructuring, resulting in 1.400 job losses for employees in the Netherlands. This has understandably led to unrest and uncertainty among employees.
De Unie stands by you during this period. We are doing everything we can to keep this uncertain phase as short as possible and to optimally represent your interests. The works council is currently investigating the usefulness and necessity of the reorganization based on the request for advice. At the same time, De Unie intensive consultation with ASML about the social consequences.

We believe ASML has a significant responsibility for the many expats who may be forced to leave the country if they lose their jobs at ASML. We are committed to:

• A strong 'from work to work' program,
• good guidance towards a new perspective,
• and fair financial compensation.

We'll determine the final strategy together with our members. That's why we're organizing member meetings soon to identify the topics and outline priorities. Your vote counts.
