After the takeover of Aegon Netherlands by asr, Aegon Group and Asset Management continued the existing employment conditions such as the collective labor agreement, the social plan and the pension scheme for the employees who fall under Aegon Employee Netherlands BV (AEN). De Unie AEN and the other unions hold regular consultations with HR at AEN regarding employment conditions and other matters such as reorganizations and, of course, the potential relocation of the headquarters to the US. Members receive newsletters about this directly in their inboxes, and we are happy to provide advice and support if needed.
