The collective labor agreement negotiations are over. Achmea recently made a final offer. And the employees voted in favor of the offer by a narrow majority. De Unie respects the outcome. De Unie, as a representative of employee interests, negotiates on the basis of argumentation and a joint vision that is developed and promoted with members at Achmea, Interpolis, Centraal Beheer and Zilveren Kruis. This vision forms the guideline for collective labor agreement negotiations, in which De Unie strives for optimal working conditions and appropriate remuneration for employees who contribute to the success of these companies.
