Pension and pension premium
- For 1 Januari 2025 a premium of applies 30% of the pension basis.
- For 1 Januari 2027 the solidarity premium scheme comes into effect.
A transition plan for the pension transition has been drawn up by all social partners.
- The active pension scheme (CDC) has a fixed premium, with the aim of building up 1,875% per year for old-age pension and 70% of this as partner's pension; orphan's pension via a 20% scheme.
- Collective labor agreement start January 1, 2025: pension premium 30 % of pension basis, fixed for 5 years.
- As of January 1, 2027: transition to a solidarity premium scheme.
- The pension commitment is subject to fund policy and can be adjusted in the event of a low funding ratio.
Hybrid work
- Agreements (Article 4.3.3): You largely choose where and when you work (office/home/elsewhere), provided your work permits and in consultation with your manager and team. Work must generally be performed in the Netherlands; external work via the Global Mobility Centre is possible.
- Employees create a schedule for a quarter to a year, with days off in half-day increments; this must be balanced in terms of team and company interests.
- De Unie reports that departments (as is currently the case) require employees to be in the office two to three times a week on fixed days. This conflicts with the collective labor agreement, and now De Unie discuss this with the bank.
- Home work allowance: € 3 net per working day At home.
- Internet fee: € 25 net per month, even in case of illness in the first two years.
Leave of absence
- Holidays: organized according to quarterly schedules, including holidays; excess leave expires upon termination of employment or when transferring outside C&C jobs.
- Union-free: executives up to 10 days per year, ordinary members up to 4 days per year, plus 6 additional days for union training.
- Extra: day off on the Friday after Ascension Day.
- In case of death: benefits for survivors; medical appointments can be made during working hours.
Mobility
- ABN AMRO offers a pay-per-use transport scheme: you choose every day between train, bicycle or car; you get € 0,30 per km for cycling kilometers, € 0,23 per km for car kilometers.
- Free travel by public transport in the Netherlands, both privately and for work.
- Based on collective labor agreements and social policy: the bank is working on transition programs to other sectors (such as education, healthcare/welfare) for sustainable employability.
Sickness absence
- Report your first sick day before starting work; available between 11.00:16.30 AM and XNUMX:XNUMX PM (unless otherwise agreed); may be offered other suitable work; medical appointments during working hours are permitted within reason.
